Every year our national association holds an annual conference. I can’t even describe my level of excitement when I heard that New York City is our destination this year.
I LOVE New York.
however, as dedicated Aging Life Care Professionals, we can’t take Frank Sinatra’s famous words from his song and proclaim that we will do it our way. we have very strict guidelines and code of ethics we have to adhere to. And believe me they will be reviewed, sworn to and digested.
Of course, a Broadway play is in order. and a lot more fun will be had in the city that never sleeps. Aside from the undeniable fun, we look forward to this event every year. because as professionals, we view our attendance as a duty rather than an option. we learn so much every year. and we have to so we can serve our clients to the best of our abilities.
